- Returns within 30 days.
- You can return an unused tank within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. It must never have been filled, and it must come back with the hose, wand, heater element, sleeve and storage bag it shipped with.
- Tanks that have held fluid.
- Once a tank has been filled it can’t be returned, because we can’t resell it. The exception is a tank that is defective, which is covered below.
- Damaged or defective tanks.
- If your tank arrives damaged or has a defect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We’ll repair it, replace it or refund you.
- Starting a return.
- Email info@thawaviation.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we’ll tell you where to send it. Drain and depressurize anything you ship to us.
- Return shipping.
- You pay return shipping on an unused tank, and the original shipping charge isn’t refunded. We pay return shipping when a tank is defective or arrived damaged.
- Refunds.
- Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll refund your original payment method.
